Hcl desktop
Problem in CPU

Respected Sir,

We purchased an Hcl Desktop on 16th oct of serial no.9097AZ029718 and now after two and a half months only the computer has stopped working and is showing no signal input as we switch it on. We made a similar complaint (Complaint No.271100191) earlier as well but we didn't get any response. I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously since we are facing serious problem from last two and a half months. I would be very thankful if you take an immediate action as soon as possible or else i will have to go to the consumer forum.
