No Service / not yet repaired

I had Purchased a PC of HCL made from Mark Computer, Karol Bagh Delhi, PC S.No.8096A4019640 .

Problem: LAN is not working and auto shut down.

In this regard I had made several complaints to HCL Reginal office (Delhi/Noida) and on Toll free number. My complaint No. ROH 426 and again on 15.2.2010 No. ROH 278.

No person were attended the complaint but after enquiry at different contact numbers e.g. 25750108 (Ms. Deepa), 9818781013 (Mr. Surender), it was came in notice that HCL record shows all complaints settled by Service Engineer Mr. Sushil and also required parts were issued in my name and get replaced by such engineer.

Please note that no body has visited from your side, but your record shows the complaint was settled, How?

There are no method of comfortable line to make complaint, always got a new contact number to register and this way i have been provided more than 15 contact numbers but all in vein.

I request all the visitors to this facts, not to go for purchase any HCL product as its custome care is ZERO, all personnel hired are third class cheater and also idiot. Its never support to Register complaint and if you go throug Toll Free ' subhan allah' no person will attained, by mistake if attainded, perrsonnel will talk wery roughly or you will kept in hold, in this hold period you can enjoy HCL personnel conversation and can enjoy.
