TFT PROBLEM

I have purchase a desktop pc on dated 24-10 Invoice no. 615. model no HCL INFINITIPRO BL 1200 (S.R. 9093A1111633), there is a problem in TFT monitor. Many times i have complained to local customer care services in agra. complaint no.are SEB0212 & SEB0814. they attained the complaint but the problem is stay on there. I complained again to local customer care, agra on tel.no.-05622522640 & 05622531350. But the executive has being misbehaving and says that YOu come with your TFT monitor to our service center. they are only avoiding my complaint. If the problem is not cleared within 15 days you will be liable for all the legal formalities.
