HCL DESKTOP not working under warranty purhased 10 month before...

I have Purchased HCL DESKTOP in 30th Oct. 2010 from kolkata and under warranty from 8 months some times it works and some times does'nt work. But from 16th Sept.to 24th Sept.2011the system has stopped working totally. But right now system is working and sometime not working might be the problem with the motherboard. I launched the compliant on 15th Sept regarding this issue but still no one come here to solve my desktop problem..My HCL Complain number is 159110012..

So please do needful to resolve the problem immediately.
