Ios PROBLEM

I have purchased a computer no 4113AA150321 from Mahamaya Computer, Sambalpur on 04/07 but surprisingly it stops started working after one month local computer expert says the mother board is corrupt, what ever it may be but the most improtant thing is that HCL's service is very very poor and you have to wait for months for you computer to be repaired. I want to go to Consumer court what should I do? Please suggest.
