HCL LAPOTOP
NOT RESPONDING

My self Ramesh Bhatia and I purchased a hcl laptop after some months i get faulty.

so i contact to hcl customer care they provide me Mr. Ravinder Kumar's contact no.

Then i contacted to with mr. Ravinder he diagnose the problem and solved the problem same day and my laptop get good. one month it get again faulty and when i contact to Mr. Ravinder he said it will take 1 month to repair my laptop. and now 2 months has completed and my problem is same. And now he is saying he is having no spare parts for my laptop. Please help me.
