False commitment of Gift

On purchase of HCL lapotop (Machine no: B094AX177380), on date 31st Dec company has promised to provide a free gift. After continously following the status of gift for two long months any information about the git is unavailable both at the company and the dealer end. Calls for query are not being responded. Several mails and reminders have been made. Original warrany card and original invoice has been called by the company and send by me on 22nd January

Please note that gift items are Nokia mobile phone and Yuvraj singh signed track suit.
