I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which battery was not working properly with certain technical problems. The battery is being down automatically. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the battery at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

So far my concern i never will take any Nokia mobile phone and suggest to my friends, relatives and collegues to not to purchase any Nokia mobile as they make cheat with me..
