HCL-ME Laptop
Not recieved free gift yet

Respected Sir/Madam,

I purchased HCL-ME laptop on 10-01.As per the company scheme at that time they promised me to deliver REEBOK JACKET as gift. They told me that they will start dispatch of jackets to all the buyers of same laptop from 29-01, evnthough i fulfilled all their formalities (Xerox copy of invoice, Warranty card and a reciept from laptop box) by 15th January then also i didn't recieved it after a span of another 15 days. When i talk to them regarding this matter, they told me that their is delay in sending gift because of unavailable services of DTDC COURIER in the city ETAWAH (U.P).206001.They asked me to change the address, as per their request i changed my address for postal purpose, but after so many days their is no sign of any reply from their side..i have send so many mails even called lot many times, but still there is no reply... Kindly help me in this issue... I will highly be obliged to you...

LAPTOP details are: Machine number is: A101AECC2555.
