False commitment of gift with the purchase of HCL-ME laptop

I purchased a HCL-ME laptop having serial no. A101AE301528 in the october month'10 through online.they assured to provide me a gift hamper along this, but till this date i've not received any gift, however i've remind them manier times through email and through phone calls, but i am not getting any feedback from them.so plz provide me my scrartch card coupon gift.the bill of the laptop is name with jatinder dua.
