I a custoI, named Md Ejaz had purchased a HCL ME leaptop SERIAL NUMBER A094AX144597 MODEL (B3863 C2D) but during Registration although i had entered the PROMOTIONAL CODE (NYP120901) but when i registered it. I got a message that PROMOTIONAL REGISTRATION is Unsuccessful. I had also sent an email to youngindia@hcl.in but have not got any reply. I am in a big trouble, due to this Server based problem because i have given the PROMOTIONAL CODE correctly but getting wrong reply from your side
