Display problem

I Satish Kumar Singh purchased the HCL made PC on 28-11-08 ANGEL COMPUTERS located in Nehru Ground Faridabad-121001 .After some time there was a display problem in the monitor. Sr NO of the monitor is 3708000227134704 and warranty card No is U136462 with 36 month warranty. We lodge the complaint for the monitor display after that it was repaired but after 15 days again the same problem came and it happened 4th time with the same display problem now after lodging the complaint to the servicing center they are giving an old one monitor in place of my monitor, how can i accept the old monitor in place of my monitor .i want a new monitor in place of my monitor. So please do the needful.
