New TFT Monitar Replaced with Old Scrachec Monita

I bought HCL LCD Monitar on 27/03 with in few day's i Discover LCD Screen Flickering Problem then after two day's they are able to find warranty on my monitor after that service request has been registered with reference ID No. 8400144941, Product Name – HCMGLWBD11, Model - TfT20W90PSA, Serial NO – 459112503249

When was there with my LCD at HCL Service Center i was not satisfied with there response. First they don’t know about LCD flickering. He even don’t know how to handle LCD monitor he maid his finger print on all over screen.

Then when I asked when I come back to take he said first we will check the problem the person who have not idea about the problem how he gone check it and said if we didn’t found that problem we will give you the same. When I said please replace it he said I will try it will take minimum 8 to 10 day’s I said that will stop my work then he said there is no limit of maximum time. He also refused to provide me a back up monitor for my work.

Then Next Day first i revived a email from HCL Service Support we would like to inform you that we have shared the issue with our operational heads to investigate the matter deeply and we may assure you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. This means that at that time Operational hear Know this issue. In evening i got call from HCL Service center that your monitar is replaced you can come and take it. First i was amassed for monitar being replaced in just one day.

When i saw the replacement i was shocked the replaced monitar have scratch all over even on screen full of dirt my monitar does not have even single finger print marks even i didn't removed its protective laminate on its body I have taken that LCD monitar as because i can't work without monitar. you can check pictures of that LCD monitar on my facebook http://www.facebook.com/basantmalviya and at my youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/basantmalviya
