Failure in replacement

Respected Sir,

I bought a blutooth device BH-208 on 12/12.After few months i encountered a problem related to its working. Then i submited it to the nokia care center at 30/28 patel nagar, new delhi on 05/06.The date of return given to me was 20/06 but i didn't got it back. Then i called them many times to know when they will return my device but they told me that i will be called as soon as it is repaired but i didn't got any response. Later i also faxed them the copy of the job sheet they provided me but then also i didn't got any response. I am harrassed by their poor service as they have not returned my device to me till now. They are Wasting my time and money. I kindly request you to help me for that.
