No response for gift

Hi,

I have purchased one HP notebook of G42 series on 12th Nov and I suppose to get 2000 RS gift voucher of Titan; for that I have send the mail to "notebook@solutions-intg.com" and "hpredemption@solutions-intg.com" four times but not got any response.

My redemption code is "2249445". Please help me out.
