HP Pavillion DV2601 TX notebook problem

Hello,

I had purchased a HP pavillion DV2601 TX special edition notebook pc on 11. within a couple of months, the laptop started giving problem, which is primarily a heating problem. during the normal course of operation, it gets over heated and shuts down by itself. till date i have been to HP service centers atleast 5 times, sometimes they replace the motherboard, heat sink, but unfortunately the problem still remains the same. but the sad thing is that they never accept the fact that this particular laptop is having this heating problem, which is probably a manufacturing defect. i have come across many people using the same notebook and facing the same problem. i have no other option now but to fight for this now, as i think a lot of people are suffering for this. please guide me on this.
