Hello,

My laptop was in guarantee period and i dont know why should pay for it. When i visited the Service center, they open the laptop and told me that i dont need to pay anything as it was in guarantee period then after few days they came up to me saying that there was some water in it. When they open the laptop in front me there was no water at all. How can i believe them that they were right? they had sent me quote amount is more than the price of new one.. i come to you as they harassed me and they are cheating me. i did not about consumer court site before so i could not come to you. Please help to repair my notebook.
