I have been facing a problem with audio ports. The sound does not come. I've called customer care in Mumbai at 1800114772 & following personnel have taken my complains - Animaka, Priyakant, Devidat. They have given a timeline of 4 days since 1st day of complain ie 3rd August and today is the 16th and still there hasnt been any action taken. I have also contacted Mamta Gujrati the personnel at other service center 0226155314 & 02291555309.Similar timeline has been given and still no engineer has come to service.

Please look into the matter & dont make us file a consumer court case against HP
