Non receipt of hp printer k-109

Iam a member of HP Spin and Win Programme.

On 16.06.2010 I won an HP K-109 printer but till date I have not received the same despite several e mails.

The helpline nos. are not responding at all.

There is no reply and no response from HP.

Please help.
