Dear Sir,

I have purchase a HP Laptop DV6-3050TX. There was a Overheating Problem in my Laptop.

I have submited my Laptop in Hp Service Center on 13 Oct. Service center say me one part of my Laptop will changed. Part No is - SP S Thermal Module DIS 45W. Today 22 Oct I talk to Mr. Ajay in Hp Service Center he told me Part is not reach. After 9 days part did not come. This is so many time.

So plz Help me as soon as possible.

I have very bad experience from HP Service.
