Non receipt of festival offe

Dear sir

i purchased a hp g62-253tu notebook pc on 03 Nov from nucleus computer services and that time a diwali offer of Rs 2000 gift of addidas. I was provided web address of hp as www.hp.com/promotion while logging on this a number of times I was guided to product registry by the web eventually I did so (about four times) taking it granted as this to be the procedure. but I didn't receive any confirmation mail from hp till 25 nov further i was intimated that offer was valid till 15 Nov. this all shows as basic attitude of hp as to give minimum gifts thats why web of hp is so unfriendly, even today it is next to impossible to get any email of hp excecutive.

I was plannig to go to consumer court and that i will do ultimately if the problen is not resolved through u shortly.

I had placed the same complaint on 09 Jan but that is not seen on your complaints page.
