What are festival Days?? Indian Government and TRAI has not issued Calender for festival days for Mobile users! But operators have changed tarriffs on festival days according to thier benefits. This is cheating, Operators should send calender to thier customers in advance of festival days. Government authorities should keep close eyes on private players!
