I have bought HP G62- 361 TX laptop on 5 sept from Ridhi Sidhi Computers (Roshpa Tower, Main Road, Ranchi) and is supposed to get a Adidas voucher worth Rs 2000 which is to be sent at my address but I have not received it yet. Whenever I go to shop owner, they say there might be some problem but never give any satisfactory answer. My laptop serial no is CNF0396YK8 and product ID isXT795PA#ACJ.Please help me out.
