Lines coming on the Photo

Sir,

My Printer (CANON SELPHY CP 780) worked very efficiently for 4 months after which it showed two lines on the photo which was horrible. I took to the same shop and as it was within warranty, they suggested me to leave machine there for lookout. Now, after near about seven months passed there is no sign of the printer. whenever I visit or call for enquiry, they say its in process.

My decision of going with a product of a reputed company (CANON) proved sorry about myself. It was so urgent for me that I even told them that I am ready to pay the price for repair if it does not come under warranty but very sorry to say.
