Gift voucher not received

I have purchased an hp g-62 laptop from your authorized dealer national computers, udaipur on 3 november.it was during the offer that i will receive an gift voucher of Rs.2000 but even after 8 months i have not received that even after submitting all documents on time.please send the gift as earliest.
