This is to kindly inform you that my laptop s/n cnu0202s1f had some problem regarding which a complaint was registered on 8 november
the engineer visited the site on 12 nov, on 14 nov but could not solve the issue.
the engineer took the system to the service center Intarvo ghaziabad on 14 nov and till date i have received no positive response from HP and no report as to what is the condition of the system.
kindly look in to the matte
