My Compaq presario v3000 is heating up very fast whenever i connect to internet

I'm using Compaq presario v3000, im facing a problem of overheating whenever i connected to internet. I have taking my laptop to service centre amny times, how they repair i don't know whenever i bought back it use to be ok, but using for some days the same problem use to start again. Thinking that it might have cause due to dust also i have cleaned my laptop but the problem does not resolve, and i cannot carry my cooling pad also everywhere. I don't know what to do... If you can then please just help.
