VERY WROST SERVICE... I HAVE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, MY MONITOR IS STILL IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE FROM 13TH OF JULY NOW AROUND THREE MONTHS BUT NO PROPER REPLY FROM SAMSUNG SIDE WHETHER I WILL GET MY MONITOR OR NOT?
