As advised by HP, we had contacted the service provider Redington to complain about the PC not working. They inspected the PC and have taken the defective part away on 30th April'10.
We are following up continuously but according to Ms. Krupa at Redington, the parts are sent to HP for repairs and they are not responding. Now, even redington team is not picking up the phone. The defective part is still with them.
I spoke to Mr. Narendra at HP's call centre on May 26th and and got disappointed with the following answers -
- If we have called redington for service, we have to follow up with them only.
- I can not follow up with HP to escalate the matter
- I was almost mocked in the conversation, as if we have made the mistake by buying HP's computer
It is not clear to me, how HP can wash off the hands.
I would like to know, what should I do to get the PC repaired?
Where can I contact in HP to escalate the matter for getting a response.
