Respected Sir,
Above product was bought by me as on 13th Dec. After few days It showed problem of non printing. When we put paper to print, it comes out properly but without print. When I reached to service center they refused to repair by saying that carriage unit damage and problem in carriage unit. They also said there is a paper jam. They further told me to mail company. Sir, I had mailed to company as on 18thJan.2010. But there was no response from the company.
Kindly, look in to the matter and do the needful.
