MONITOR DISPLAY

I have purchased one HP desktop but within 15 days a problem occured. Whenever I switch on PC after few seconds Monitor Display goes off whereas sound system still working. I have already lodged a complain on 16.08.10 and my complain No is CA0987572. When contacted at service centre some one Ms Baljit informed me that my monitor will be replaced. But to my utter dismay even after 15 days of making complain nothing has been done to resolve my problem. I am really surprised to know such lackasidal approach to customer complain handling. Really I am regretting my decision to go for an HP product. Even I have not got any reply to my e amil dated 29.08.10 till now. Kindly look into the matter urgently.
