HP desktop (model : a6710in, s/n INA84703CJ)
Gift not recieved, two years has been past

Dear Sir,

I purchased a HP desktop (model: a6710in, s/n INA84703CJ) from Radhika Associates shop no-17, Birla market Renukoot Sonbhadra UP in March Ist week 2009.

That time I sent a DD of Rs 999 for offer as your scheme of UPS and PRINTER.

I have received only UPS through Overnite Express courier on dated 19/08.

BUT I NOT RECEIVED THE PRINTER TILL NOW.

Now already two year has been past. I already sent mail many times but no reply from HP.

I am to much disappoint on this and I really wonder whether this is happening at HP as this a very big MNC.

Please do the needful action as earliest possible.
