HP Desktop Moniter
Moniter Not Giving Display

It has been more than a month since my HP Moniter is not giving display. Your three executives have already visited my home & told me firstly conversion board is replaceable, second one came and told me panel of moniter is not working & then first executive visited again he tried to replace the parts but unfotunately he had brought wrong part of some other model. Second day after that my moniter he took with him to your service centre. Your none of the no's i can't get through. Is this the way you people give service although being an MNC company. I also do my office work from home & suffering huge losses

just b'coz of your slow service are you going to bare it. Kindly give me exact date when my problem will be solved or if you are not getting parts pls replace my moniter with a new one.
