Not to give proper service

Sir maine laptop liya tha 24october ko jisme pehle to bluetooth ka problem tha phir heating ka problem aaya phir co. ne two times enginner bheje. engineers ne isko do bar to khol diya ab bol rahe hai ise service center drop karo waha par sari checkings hogi. batao sir two month mein is laptop ka kachra kar diya aur d.o.a bhi nahi de rahe hai plz aap mere ko iske bare mein bataye ki main kya karu
