Delay in service

I have buy a hp laptop and after few days its speakers burst and smoke was coming out of its speaker area so i gave it to the nearest service center as it was in warranty period but its been 15 days they are not giving back my laptop and making unnecesarry delay in rapairing and not even giving proper response on talking.
