Not providing software dvd

I am tusharpal, i had took one HP PAVILION dv4 1411TU series with product no: VH910PA on 26-10-09 had been claim for the software recovery dvd of vista home premium from last 10 months but i haven't got it...

all the time when i asked for the software recovery dvd they made excuses... i already had log in a complaint in hp customer center with case id 4611345416.

so this is my kind request to concerning authority to please suggest me something or solve my problem as soon as possible...

or take some step in this respect...
