Gift offered by HP not recieved yet

Dear sir,

I am a user of HP Pavilion Laptop. but a gift offered by hp with the purchase of that laptop i didnt recieve till now.

i want to give the details related to my laptop.

I purchased my laptop from minarwa services meerut on dated February 02.

At the time of purchase a scheme wss offered by HP by which i was inspired and bought the HP laptop of model Pavilion dv5 at the rate of 44, 800/- only and with an extra amount of 1300/- for getting the offer.

but till now i didnt get the offer that was commited by my dealer/HP.

The scheme offered was a gift ofPhilips 5.1 Home theater of price 10000/- under the HP Pavilion/Compaq Presario Notebook offer.

The note Book serial Number is CNF8311ZWN.

P/n is FN404PA#ACJ

The Redunption no is EEOTNM8TA3.

Sir please find the problem and resolve it by providing me the gift offered by HP.

If you need any related papers i will mail you as your requirement.

Please take the action for problem otherwise i will take legal advice/support.
