Not giving gift voucher free with laptop

I bought hp laptop and submitted all neccessary documents to redeem my free gift voucher[ redemption code 2122152]

but they are not even responding to my mails, its more than 1 month i have spent waiting.

suggest me what to do or should i go to consumer court
