HP Laptop
Gift voucher 2000 not received

I Had bought an HP Laptop on Diwali and i was to receive a 2000 Titan gift voucher. I have registered and scanned and emailed (submitted) all necessary documents asked for. I had also received an SMS, that HP is processing the request. Its been 2 monts but i am still struggling to get my voucher. The dealer AG Digitas in Goregaon (E) has shown no interest in the matter. They have still not registered my Laptop no also.
