Non sending of Gift Voucher worth rs.2, 000

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one laptop model no-HP G62-361TX S/N-CNFO3284F on Dt.15.10.2010 from Gayatree Computer & Service in the name of my doughter Bhabhabi Bindia. At the time of purchase the company offer was Addidas Accesories / Titan watch worth Rs.2, 000/.The above laptop seller was told me that the compny will inform you after you registered your name & address through mail. I have also registered it & the Registration No-2163372.Till date I have not yet received any gift coupon. I do not understand whether the seller take such gift or company has cheated me.

I therefore request you kindly take action at the earliest by which I shall be highly oblige.
