Monitor is not displaying

I purchased a HP desktop computer Pavilion 6440in on 28/04.

It was told to me that its monitor has 3 years warrenty but when my monitor is not diplaying properly HP customer care is telling that it was only 1-year warrenty.

HP SERVICE CENTRE IN LUCKNOW IS NOT GIVING THE ASSURANCE OF REPAIRING THE MONITOR .

I AM VERY MUCH FEDUP WITH THE RESPONSES OF HP.

I have to tell to all readers of this not to perchse hp products as their responses about problem solution are very bad.
