Not getting any response for WIndows7 upgrade

For your kind information I have sent the documents for Windows7 upgradation to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. on 31 Dec'09 and it has been reached there on 4th Jan'10 through DTDC courier service (Consignment No.: B59765871). But when I called to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services, then someone is telling they didn't get the courier. Its really strange. I dont know how without inquiry that person is saying like this. But DTDC is saying that they delivered the letter on 4th Jan itself. Even they have the evidence also. Again I had sent the scanned document on 13-01, but still not a single response form Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. I called many times per day in that help line number. but somebody picks the phone and suddenly disconnected everytime. I dont know how to contact these people.

If possible then pls do something for me. My txn id is TN008154. Thanks!!
