Not rcvd free gift

Dear sir,

i purchesd your note book 1 year back i registred also. for free gift i have to recv philips 5.1 home theatre . that i recvd on 6 oct. ref no 573406 dated 01 oct .but in that i have to get 5.1 speaker dvd player . but i rcvd only 5.1 speaker.19th i had given complant for your toll free no they told another 15 days they are dispathing dvd player. in November 2 Times i called they told inform you another 2 days . but no rply. today i calld now they are telling you informd too late we cant do any thing.

sir now what i have to do how can bilive hp.
