Not giving the free gift after informing & complaining about gift of philips 10.5 ch home theatre

I have brought a hp pavilion dv5 1104tu notebook on 14th February. On that time they are offering a philips 10.5 ch home theatre on demanding bank draft of Rs.1499 & we have sent the demand draft on 18th of February. There representative call us that the demand draft was reached there & they dispatch gift within two weeks. "But after talking with the hp representative they are saying that they dispatch the gift within two weeks" this process repeated 6 or 7 times & they are not giving sufficient feedback anymore.
