HP Pavilion DV5
Not receiving of home system

Dear SirDear Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that we had bought a HP Pavilion dv5 computer (lap top) from the Reliance store situated on Cunningham Road in the last week of Dec. At that time along with the lap top we were promised a Home Theatre. For this we were asked to send them a DD of Rs 1499. We sent them a DD from the Axis Bank for the said amount in Feb along with the required documents. We did not receive any thing from them. When we went to inquire about it they said that it would come. We left it at that. Then being busy we did not pursue the matter till Dec. When we went and complained about it the store salesman told us that he would ask the HP people, who in turn sent us a message that they were going to send us back money and that we were not entitled for the home theatre.

That is why sir we are now approaching you since we have not received any thing from the HP people. We would you to look into this.
