Malfunctioning and rude behaviour of Crona show room workers

I buyed a Hp dv6 i3 processor from crona showroom 1 month back the had given me the offer of 1 yr acidentional warranty. i went to the Crona showroom and reported the mall functioning of my laptop i told them all the reason and they didn't response to me and they behave rudely to me as if they had given the lap free of cost. i want to complain that this much reputed company HP is providing yhis kind of service to us thats tooo BAD.
