HP Adapter related issue not included in HP care pack

Hello,

I have opted for HP Care pack on 31/10 which is valid till 2/11.This care pack service included replacement of HP Adapter. I have invested Rs.6500 for this care pack but now replacement of adapter in removed from HP care pack.

I have issue related my HP adapter but now its not covered in this pack then what is the use of taking this pack, my problem is still not resolved regarding adapter. You keep on removing the items from pack without giving any prior information. If you remove items from this pack then what is my fault because when i opted for this pack replacement of adapter was included.

I will be obliged if you resolve my adapter related issue to the earliest. Hope you will understand my problem.
