Dear Sir,

This is in ref. to complaint of HP Pavillion Laptop which was purchased in June. But the Laptop did not work after 2 months and submitted for repairing at Rama Road, Delhi (HP Service Centre).

But after more than 17 days, the laptop is not deliverd.

Case no. is KN 9619 and id is 4619722815

The response is very irresponsivle from the people at service centre.

Pls look into the matter.
