Hp /printer CB532A
Printer will not work proplely

Dear sir,

i have purchased a hp printer (hp CB532A) (serial no. CND98C8G4J) on17-04-08. It works well till 20-05-08 after that it stopped working then i given it to my near hp service station which is in HYDERABAD (A.P) on 25-05-08 but till now i haven't get my printer. I have called them several times but idon't get any solution. so, sir please pay attention on my problem because due to printer i am facing problems. so, as quick as possible please give me the result.
