I have purchase Compaq 420 laptop in hp showroom in commitment of one year on site warranty but after 2months later my bios battery & blue tooth is not working i have lodged a complain to hp call center

complain no is HP Case ID #: 4630108808 but after 30 days of my complain my issue has been closed & send me about my complain detail
